Due to the large volumes of requests we get, we are unable to consider requests from students below a postgraduate level. We do have lots of information on our website which you are able to use, and wish you all the best in your studies!

Please include the text you wish to use to advertise your study, and where relevant a Patient Information Sheet which has ethical approval from your university or hospital ethics committee for us to share.

We will use the information you give us to create a listing on our website with a dedicated web link and may promote it further at our discretion.

Please bear in mind that it can take up to three weeks to receive approval from our Scientific Research Committee to advertise your study and we cannot guarantee we will be able to promote each study we receive. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes to your project, including new contact details, and to let us know when to take down the submission. We can only assist with projects taking place in the UK.
