About our services

Being diagnosed, or living with migraine can be overwhelming. Whether you’ve already been diagnosed with migraine or concerned about new or changing migraine issues, including treatment and management, or if you’re just looking for a supportive ear, we are here for you.

Our Freephone Helpline is open 10am–4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) on 0808 802 0066. Outside of these hours you can leave a message and we will call you back within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If you would prefer to write to us with any questions or concerns you have you can also contact us 24/7 via our online contact form. We aim to respond to all online and email contacts within five working days.

Please note: Our email responses can sometimes end up in your junk/spam folder. If you haven’t received a response from us in five working days please check your junk/spam folder.

We are very sorry but we are only able to return phone calls to UK numbers.

Our information does relate to the latest information and support available in the UK. For people outside of the UK, we try to offer information and support, however, we may not be able to answer specific queries and may need to signpost you to another organisation.

"Finding The Migraine Trust has been wonderful. At last, I have found people who not only care but understand and can offer support and advice. The sense of relief at knowing I am not alone, that others appreciate the problems faced by migraine suffers is incredible."

"I know I can contact them and this is worth so much to me because migraine for me is still a scary place. The Migraine Trust and its services makes it less so."
