Persistent chronic pain in young people

What is the purpose of the study?

This study will help understand how the thinking styles of young people with chronic pain can help them keep doing the things that matter most.

Studies have shown that there are often associations between how parents support their child to manage pain, and how that child experiences or deals with pain themselves.

Who can take part?

Young people aged 10-24 who has experience of persistent chronic pain for more than 3 months, or parents with a child between these ages

What will the study involve?

An online survey that will take around 20 minutes. Recruitment has started and is expected to run until October of this year depending on number of participants.
