The Migraine Trust Christmas 2022 appeal
Help for children and young people with migraine in 2023
What our supporters enabled us to do
Thanks to the kindness and generosity of those who donate to us, we have been able to help more people than ever this year.
In new ways too.
We have expanded our helpline and launched a new webchat service on our website in April. This has been an important way of giving help to people who prefer to seek support this way.
Helping children and young people with migraine
We have also started to provide specific support to children and young people who are struggling with migraine. We launched a new website section for children and young people in September to help them understand and live with their migraine.

There are still many more children struggling with migraine that we need to help.
We have plans to reach and support them in 2023. This includes an outreach programme to schools as far too many children aren’t getting the help they need with migraine in school. It’s affecting their education and wellbeing.
Can you support our migraine work next year?
Your generosity enables people living with migraine to access much needed help, funds impactful medical research and supports our campaigning work that is raising awareness of this debilitating condition that affects one in seven people in the UK.
