March for Migraine 2024

Raise crucial funds and awareness to help people with migraine by walking 100 miles in March

Will you take on March for Migraine to help people with migraine access the support that they need?

This March, run, walk, hop or skip 100 miles to help people whose lives have been put on hold because of debilitating migraine.

March for Migraine is our annual fundraiser that helps raise awareness of migraine and the impact it has on those who live with it. Every step you take brings us one step closer to achieving our goal of a world where migraine doesn’t stop anyone from living the life they want.

It’s easy to take part and you can take it at your own pace. All we ask is that you pledge to raise £100.

If you feel able to aim for 100 miles, it breaks down to around 6,000 steps a day. Over the month, you’ll cover over 190,000 steps, which is how many migraine attacks happen each day in the UK. We know that migraine can get in the way so don’t worry, just take the challenge at your own pace and enjoy it!

Last year, we raised nearly £10,000 to help people living with migraine. This year, we hope to raise even more money to ensure more people have access to the support, information and treatment that they need to manage this debilitating condition. Join us to move towards a world where no one’s life is put on hold because of migraine.
