Get involved this Migraine Awareness Week

Make each step count for this year's Migraine Awareness Week

Migraine Awareness Walks

This Migraine Awareness Week we are holding Migraine Awareness Walks in several of the UK’s National Parks. These walks aim to bring those living with migraine together, whilst raising awareness of the debilitating condition and fundraising to help The Migraine Trust continue to support anyone affected.

We know that so many of our supporters find exercise and being in nature invaluable in helping to manage their migraine, so we are working with the National Parks to promote their beauty and how they could help to relieve stress and isolation, caused by living with migraine as well as other health benefits.

Walk this way

On Saturday 30th September, join one of our organised migraine walks at a National Park or hold your own in your own favourite green space with your friends, family or pets to help us raise awareness of migraine and the work that we do to support those that live with it.

We hope that these walks could bring together people who have similar experiences and who understand the impact migraine has, whether you live with migraine yourself, or know someone that does.

Sign up to the Migraine Awareness Walk in North Yorkshire Moors National Park and support anyone living with migraine.

Whether you are attending a walk or organising your own, donating just £5 this Migraine Awareness Week will enable The Migraine Trust to continue our research into migraine, as well as ensure we can continue campaigning for better healthcare and are able to offer support and information to anyone affected by migraine.

March to your own beat

There are so many other ways to get out and about to raise awareness about migraine and raise vital funds to help us support anyone affected. Whether you decide to walk, cycle, run, swim or cold water dip, getting outdoors this autumn to show your support for The Migraine Trust is easy!

If you’d prefer to get involved from the comfort of your home or in your own way, you can! We’d love to hear how you’re getting involved. Contact our friendly fundraising team at fundraising@migrainetrust.org for more information or support.
