Whether it’s biting your nails, alcohol, sugar, social media, or something else – your commitment can change lives!

Join the Be a Quitter for migraine challenge today. It’s simple to take part, just choose what you plan to quit, and let your family and friends know. Whether you live with migraine, or know someone who does, you know what a challenge would be. The harder it is, the more likely people will be to support you as they will know how tough it is for you!

Living with migraine often means giving up certain food, drinks or activities because they can trigger a migraine attack. You can show your solidarity by doing the same.



How it works: Take the challenge, make a difference

Step 1: Choose what you’re going to quit

Pick something to quit for the month. It could be a guilty pleasure, a bad habit or just a challenge. From buying new clothes, to quitting chocolate or stopping biting your nails!

Step 2: Set your fundraising goal

Choose a fundraising target and set up a fundraising page . On your page you can keep people updated and they can send you motivation to help you along the way. Every penny you raise helps fund the work of The Migraine Trust.

You could even get a team together at work or do a challenge as a group of family or friends.

Step 3: Track your progress

Keep track of your challenge and fundraising milestones. You can share your journey with friends and family on social media or through your fundraising page.
