Migraine Meet-ups

Hold your very own Migraine Meet-up this September to raise awareness and vital funds for The Migraine Trust

What does it involve?

A Migraine Meet-up can be whatever you want it to be! From an online chat with friends, to a craft evening, a coffee morning at work or a cocktail night. Customise your event to suit you and encourage your guests to make a donation to support our work.

How do I organise it?

You can run your event any time in September. You might want to organise it during Migraine Awareness Week which runs from 23 – 29 September. A Meet-up is a great way to raise awareness of migraine, help break down stigma and even reduce the isolation that can come with this debilitating condition.

Deborah met up with her friends to raise awareness of migraine and funds for the charity

Show off your hosting skills, get creative or just have some quality time with friends. You could host a quiz or a competition for the best cake!

My meet up was a really lovely chance to catch up with some of my best friends... I used it as an opportunity to thank these great women for all the support they have given me over the years!
