Managing Your Migraine (Face to face event in Hull)
About the event
Join us in Hull for an informative and supportive event dedicated to migraine. The focus of this event is to discuss headaches and when to worry, what secondary care can offer, lifestyle and self-management of migraine and what to expect from a nurse-led clinic.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with migraine for years, this event is designed to provide valuable information, support, and connection with others.
It is a friendly day with talks from experts, the opportunity to ask questions and to connect with others with migraine or looking after those with migraine. This session provides the opportunity to mingle with and meet other people with migraine, as we must remember that we are not alone!
We look forward to spending this day with you, which will be educational, empowering, and in an understanding and like-minded community. We can’t wait to see you there!
