Imagine living in constant fear of not knowing when a migraine will come. Imagine the feeling of despair and frustration when going to the doctor time and time again and still not being taken seriously. That’s what life is like for so many people living with migraine.
However, you can help by making a donation to the Big Give Christmas Challenge Campaign which will provide more people like Chris access to our Helpline and Support Services making a tremendous impact on the lives of people living with migraine.

We’re raising money for our Helpline and Support Services because as awareness of the charity has risen, increasing numbers of people are reaching out to us. This has resulted in large numbers that are struggling to get the help they need.
With your support, we’re aiming to raise £20,000 to provide 800 hours of Helpline. We know that 85% of the people who call into our Helpline live with migraine themselves or live with someone who has migraine so the more hours we can provide, the more people we can help.
Donations made to the project will be matched for 7 days from 29th November to 5th December 2023.
