Run, walk, hop or skip, there are many ways to take your 190,000 steps for March for Migraine!

It’s a fun challenge that you can take at your own pace.

Every step you take will be helping raise crucial funds to support people with migraine.

 

Ready to March for Migraine?

Here are the first steps you need to take!

Step 1. Sign up

You can sign up to March for Migraine by completing the form below. A member of the fundraising team will get in contact with you to say hi and send you a t-shirt. We'll then add you to the Marchers for Migraine leaderboard!

Step 2. Set up a JustGiving page

You can set up a JustGiving page and link it to our JustGiving page here: www.justgiving.com/campaign/marchformigraine23

Step 3. Let people know and ask for support

Tell your friends and family that you are taking part and ask them to donate to you. The best way is by posting the link to your JustGiving page on social media with the hashtag #MarchForMigraine.

Step 4. Get Marching!

That's it, you have taken the first steps and are ready to step all the way to 190,000! Let us know how you are getting on during the month and we'll add your steps to the leaderboard. We've a tracker to help you track how many steps you have done.

Share your challenge on social media

We've made some graphics you can share on your Instagram or other social media channels. When you post, remember to include your donation link in the post or in your bio so that people can donate.
