It’s a fun challenge that you can take at your own pace.
Every step you take will be helping raise crucial funds to support people with migraine.

Here are the first steps you need to take!
Step 1. Sign up
You can sign up to March for Migraine by completing the form below. A member of the fundraising team will get in contact with you to say hi and send you a t-shirt. We'll then add you to the Marchers for Migraine leaderboard below!
Step 2. Set up a JustGiving page
You can set up a JustGiving page and link it to our JustGiving page here: www.justgiving.com/campaign/MarchForMigraine
Step 3. Let people know and ask for support
Tell your friends and family that you are taking part and ask them to donate to you. The best way is by posting the link to your JustGiving page on social media with the hashtag #MarchForMigraine and the graphic that you can download below.
Step 4. Get Marching!
That's it, you have taken the first steps and are ready to step all the way to 300,000! Let us know how you are getting on during the month and we'll add your steps to the leaderboard. We've a tracker to help you track how many steps you have done which you can download below.
