Swim Serpentine
Take to London’s most famous lake
Swim the Serpentine
Swim Serpentine is the famous one-day open water swimming festival that takes place in the heart of London. Organised by London Marathon Events, the festival is held in and around the beautiful Serpentine in Hyde Park, which was the venue for the open water swimming competition at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
You could take on either the Half Mile or the Two Mile challenge, all whilst raising awareness of debilitating migraine and vital funds to help us to support anyone affected.
We only have limited places so if you’re interested you can sign up or contact our friendly fundraising team with any questions you may have!
There are two distances to choose from:
Half Mile
This popular Swim Serpentine event takes in half a lap of the world-famous lake in London’s Hyde Park. It’s the perfect option if you’re looking to complete an achievable but memorable swim at your own pace, or making the transition from the pool to open water!
Two Mile
If you’re a more experienced open water swimmer who is keen to take on a challenge within the beautiful grounds of Hyde Park, the two-mile distance is for you! This event will see you swim two full laps of the Serpentine lake, making it the ideal option if you’ve already completed a one-mile swim outdoors and are looking to build on your distance.
